You have just acquired a new XDC-50 coolant drainer, called the SAMX’DRAINER ®. Please read this manual carefully before using your equipment for the first time. This manual contains all the information that will allow you to familiarise yourself with your equipment and use it quickly and effectively. Thank you for the trust you have placed in us.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Chis equipment is not intended for use by anyone (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or by people with no experience or knowledge of the equipment except if they are supervised by a safety supervisor, or have benefited from prior training on how to use it. Care should be taken to ensure children do not play with the equipment. The equipment must not be subjected to impacts. This equipment is designed to drain coolant only. The guarantee will no longer apply if any liquid other than coolant is introduced into it. CAUTION : Dispose of the used coolant in line with the applicable regulations. WARNING : There is a risk of coolant being splashed onto people close to the equipment. The equipment must be connected to a compressed air network at a pressure comprised between 6.5 bar min. and 10 bar max. The equipment must be used in a temperature range comprised between -20°C and + 40°.
Acoustic power level of approximately 51 dB (A). The equipment is designed for use indoors and without being exposed to the rain. Move the equipment on its castors, using the handle. Do not lift it with a sling or pallet truck. The equipment must be used in the upright position placed on a flat floor, as shown in the photograph above. When stationary, apply the brakes on the two wheels. Before using the equipment always put on your PPE > nitrile-type gloves + protection goggles. Do not open the equipment, or replace any components other than the cone and caps (refer to the Cap replacement procedure). The equipment may only be used to drain coolant. If you have to destroy your drainer, drain off all the coolant and dispose of the equipment in line with the regulations that apply in your country.
