a. CC Customer Master/Site Survey Each Cross‐Connection customer is assigned a inspection. The inspection captures hazards, customer information and log of backflow devices. b. CC Notice of Violation Inspection is used to document when a NOV is issued. II.

Service Request Forms a. Cross Connection

Like the inspection each Cross‐Connection customer is assign a service request. This is used for dispatching to inspectors. A custom field is used to determine the type of work to be performed. The service request is never closed as it serves to record all customer interaction.
