From the leader in process heat and control comes the Chromalox ® intelliPANEL ™ control panel. The idea behind the Chromalox ® intelliPANEL ™ control panel is to make control measurement, instruments, alarm configuration, control algorithms, start-up, and trouble- shooting easy. At the same time, the intelliPanel ™ control panel provides the widest array of diagnostics available today for process-critical heating applications. A Revolutionary Concept in Process Temperature Control

Loaded with Diagnostic Features The Chromalox ® intelliPANEL ™ control panel brings the power of several instruments to your application: The unique touchscreen LCD panel provides simpli- fied configuration settings and local monitoring that greatly reduces setup time compared to DIN-style controllers and conventional PLC systems. It features a graphic user interface and simple programming functions. The Industry's First Process/Power Control with a Color Touchscreen Flat Panel Display

• Voltmeters • Ammeters • Wattmeter • Watt-hour meter • Ground fault monitoring and trending • Man-machine interface • Six pen trend chart • Communications • Resistance monitoring • Temperature alarms • SCR power control • Four selectable control algorithms

Temperature Sensing that Meets Your Application Requirements The intelliPANEL ™ system offers four selectable control algorithms: single loop PID, Delta T (differential), cascade process to sheath, and cas- cade outlet to sheath. These options include selectable manual or auto tuning.

The advanced intelliPANEL ™ design provides standard panel ratings from <100 to 1200 amps with voltage ranges of 208 to 600 Vac, three-phase power. In addition to the IntelliPANEL ™ central control unit, the patented Chromalox ® MaxPac SCR power con- troller, featuring built-in power distribution, selectable single/three-cycle resolution, an electronic heat sink temperature monitoring and warning system, provides uniform heating with Chromalox ® DOT variable-time- base firing to insure increased heater life by reducing thermal shock.

There are five user-selectable temperature ranges: 0˚-250˚, 0˚-500˚, 0˚-1000˚, and 0˚-2000˚. Minimum and maximum setpoints can be established and set point ramping is configurable.
