Clinical Trial

• Radiotherapy

• 45 Gy/25 fx/1.8 Gy on the CTV2:

– Pelvic subsites (M, PS,IIN,ON)

• 10 Gy 1 Gy delivered concomitantly , 2 days a week on the CTV1: GTV + corresponding mesorectum

– Total dose 55 Gy on the CTV1 in 5 weeks

• Concomitant chemotherapy

– Capecitabine 1650 mg/m 2 a day
