PROCEDURES REGARDING DELIVERIES, RETURNS AND WARRANTY OR REPAIR REQUESTS !

If you are not completely satisfied after receiving a delivery, for whatever reason, we will be happy to solve this for you. We have drawn up a number of rules, so that you know exactly where you stand.

Delivery Orders are shipped every day, except on weekends and national holidays, when Rodac is closed. You can use our express deliveries for urgent deliveries. These shipments are delivered on working days within 24 hours after ordering. If the order is received before 12 noon and the goods are in stock, the order will be shipped the same working day.

Transport damage In case of visible damage to the packaging of a shipment, caused by the transporter, there is transport damage. You must indicate this upon receipt with annotation on the waybill before signing it for approval. Is there something missing from the shipment? Please indicate this on the consignment note upon receipt of the package. We can only process the report if it is passed on within 5 working days of the invoice date, with a copy of the consignment note with annotation. No costs will be charged for a return in case of transport damage. Missing delivery You have ordered something, you have received the invoice but not the goods? Please notify us within 5 working days of the invoice date and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible. Incorrect delivery If you have received a different item or number than ordered, please contact our office staff for a return form. We ask you to enclose this document with the return item. No costs will be charged for the return shipment.
