LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dear Friends,

2024 was an exciting year for the FBI National Academy Associates. Thank you for reviewing this annual report and noting our efforts and successes. Reflecting on our past achievements informs our efforts to make even greater strides in 2025! The FBINAA’s Member Services Branch worked on overdrive this past year. We implemented a new, focused engagement plan with the students while they were going through the National Academy. We are deliberate in emphasizing the honor of having been selected to attend the world’s most prestigious law enforcement training academy and the benefits and importance of remaining lifelong members of the FBINAA. At the same time, the membership branch was focused on increasing the benefits of membership for existing members. We added several exciting benefits provided by new and existing sponsors. Speaking of sponsors, the law enforcement profession relies on cooperation, and we are so grateful for our relationships with our alliance partners. Our Strategic Partnerships Branch did an excellent job working to develop and maintain the mutually beneficial relationships we have with our Alliance Partners. Even in these challenging and uncertain economic times, these steadfast allies recognized the important work we can accomplish together for the improvement of the law enforcement profession. Please review the list of our partners on pages 14 and 15, and when you contact them, let them know how much we value their relationship with us.
