Since 1 February 2018, Denis Thiery is no longer Chief Executive Officer, he remains Chairman of the Board of directors. (a) The amount shown is the total cost of allocations made during the year. (b)
Geoffrey Godet is paid a new position allowance of a maximum of 250,000 euros intended to compensate for expenses relating to settling in France, together with the loss of the benefits he would have enjoyed previously. This allowance is on the decision of the Board of directors ruling on the basis of justifications provided to the Company.

The fixed remuneration remuneration is divided in two parts : 510,000 euros paid in France and 112,000 United States dollars paid in the (b) United States.
