December 2019 Analytical Methods Week

• Agreed to initiate reviews of all methods in OMA, Chapter 50 for each nutrient (Vitamins A, D, E, B12, Folic Acid, and Inositol) • Identify methods that have technical inconsistencies and do not work and are no longer fit for purpose • Identify methods that are applicable, but a more updated OMA exists • Prepare presentation on progress that include: • Any changes in regulations or required analysis for the nutrient • Any needs for SMPRs or changes in SMPRs
