SLV Protocol- Based on AOAC Guidelines for Single Laboratory Validation A. Linearity - 3-day triplicate recoveries at multiple calibration curve locations to average 95-105% B. LOD/LOQ – 5 independent days run the reagent blank (not microwave digested) as a sample. LOQ is the blank mean + 10 *SD. LOQ must be < SMPR criterion. C. Precision - Every matrix in duplicate (<5% RSD) on each day, 6 days, 2 analysts, overall intermediate precision <10% RSD. D. Accuracy - 100% spike (of its mean precision value in respective sample), on 3 days by 2 analyst. Spike recoveries must be 90 - 110%
