T&T for writing a paper and get it accepted: Why ?

 You have to be fully convinced about the motivations  Discuss with your collaborators and the main responsible/PI of the project  Agreement with the whole team (internal and external collaborators)  It is not a shame to postpone to write a paper or to retire a manuscript if you realize that its publication is not really motivated (for instance after the first report of Reviewers)
