 The choice of the proper journal is crucial  Submitting a «good paper» to the wrong journal followed by a rejection is a damage due to the delay of your research (and discourage, de-motivate….)  Submitting a «bad paper» to the wrong journal followed by acceptance may hide the visibility and/or decrease the reputation of your group  Discuss before with the responsible and the contributors (never a waste of time)  «Experience is master of life»…making mistakes as part of a process of the author’s growth
