BROKER TRIP 2019 PARADISE ISLAND, BAHAMAS

Our trip to the Bahamas is just around the corner. All you will need to do is pack your bag, grab your golf clubs, spa shoes, swimming attire and show up at the airport. The rest is on us! We will be staying at The Cove Atlantis and have put together an itinerary we hope everyone will enjoy. While we do have some scheduled events and dinners, there will be plenty of time for you to enjoy what the Atlantis has to offer. We truly appreciate the business you do with Merritt and hope you enjoy our hospitality and have a great time. In this booklet you will find a list of attendees, itinerary, golf foursomes and a map of the Atlantis. There are no hard copy travel documents, just show up at the airport with pass- port in-hand and check in. Flight numbers and times are listed on the itinerary. Everyone will automatically be checked in on-line 24 hours prior to our flight times, and it is at this time that your boarding pass will be issued. When you check in at the airport, you will be given the pass for boarding.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6 6:30 - 9:10 AM: RR National to Ft. Lauderdale/ Southwest #2184 11:25 - 12:30 PM: Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau - Southwest #1857 2 hour 15 minute layover w/ plane change 1:30 PM: Group Transfer to The Cove via Majestic Tours Meet uniformed driver with Merritt sign outside of airport building 2:00 PM: Group Check-In The Cove Go straight to Sea Glass Lounge where keys will be distributed 6:00 - 8 PM: Welcome Cocktail Party Atlantis Beach West - See MAP on last page for location THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7 10:40 AM SHARP: Group Transfer to Hurricane Hole Marina Meet at front entrance of The Cove for transportation pick-up 11 AM - 3:00PM: Boat Trip 80-ft power catamaran Atlantis II Snorkeling, water toys, BBQ and drinks FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8 9:00 AM: Day of Golf - Ocean Club See golf page for foursomes and tee-times Non-golfers are welcome to enjoy some Spa time on us 11:00 AM - 5:00PM: Merritt Cabana at The Cane The Cain is the pool exclusive to The Cove. Come hang out at the Merritt Cabana for the day. Golfers, come by after golf for some drinks and relaxation by the beach. 7:00 PM: Cocktails & Farewell Dinner at NOBU NOBU is located in the Royal Towers inside the Casino. Attire is resort elegant, no shorts or flip flops. Jackets not required. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 9 8:55 AM: Group Transfer to Airport via Majestic Tours Meet at front entrance of The Cove for transportation pick-up. Luggage will be loaded at this time, please be on time. 11:55 - 1:10 PM: Nassau to Ft. Lauderdale/Southwest #605 3:50 - 6:20 PM: Ft.
