The Annual Town Meeting was called to order at 7:02pm, by Town Clerk, William H. Kerbin, Jr. The Clerk led the Annual Town Meeting attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance. Article 1. Dustin Ward, Select Board Chair, read the Dedication of the Annual Report to Kathleen Potter. Tammy Donovan, Select Board Member, read the Honorable Mention of the Annual Report to the 250 th Semiquincentennial Committee The Moderator asked for a show of cards to use the Maine Moderator's Guide to Town Meetings. All in agreement. The Moderator asked for a motion to allow non-resident Staff to speak. Steven Libby moved and Kathleen Hutchinson seconded a motion to allow non-resident Staff to speak.
