PVC-O pipes up to DN 800mm Molecor, a developer of technology for applying molecular orientation to pipeline solutions, provides reliable and user-friendly systems that widen the possibilities of the global pipe business. The claimed advantages of pipes developed with this technology include greater hydraulic capacity, flexibility, total resistance to corrosion, and complete sealing of the joints. PVC-O pipe is therefore an efficient option for the conveyance of water at high pressures. Molecor has also developed PVC-O fittings, which are being validated during 2014 and will be available in 2015. The company’s R&D team has developed PVC-O elbows, couplings, reducers and extensions, allowing Molecor to offer a single plastic solution for water pipelines, 100 per cent in PVC-O material, that can be used for multiple applications.
