Selected candidates will participate in two 60-minute back-to- back interviews with different Eaton hiring managers (usually on campus, but may be virtual).

INTERVIEW Sept-March

Offers are extended to top candidates within 2 weeks (sometimes, same day, depending on the opportunity).

OFFER Oct-March

Candidate typically have 2 weeks to make a decision, or request an extension.

DECISION Oct-March
