A local stampless printed matter cover sent to Hangzhou, on reverse tied by the char. ‘Domestic Postage Paid/ Hangzhou’ and char. ‘KIANGSU/SONGKIANG/28.9.49’ arrival cds, Hangzhou was liberated on 3rd May 1949.
