Mary Ann Fa/cosky Assistant Coach Mary Ann Falcosky begins her first season at USO as an assistant under new Toreros head coach Cindy Fisher. Falcosky has extended experience coaching at the Division I level , most recently completing a two-year stint as an assistant coach at Weber State in Ogden, Utah .

Falcoksy was essential in helping Weber State compile a 38-18 record over the past two seasons, including a 21-8 finish in 2004-05 . Falcosky spent five years working with Fisher as an assistant coach at Wyoming , helping the Cowgirls show marked improvement in each of her five seasons in Laramie, cul– minating with an 18-12 finish in 2002-03. Falcosky, a native of Tempe, Arizona , played for Fisher at Mesa Community College before moving on to graduate from Northern Arizona University in 1993.

Aubrey Eblin Assistant Coach Aubrey Eblin, along with new USO head coach Cindy Fisher, comes to USO from the University of Nebraska where she served as the Husker's Director of Women's Basketball Operations in 2004-05. Eblin spent three seasons as an assistant coach under eter players while at Wyoming , Eblin and the Cowgirls qualified for the WNIT following the 2002-03 season , en route to claiming the school's first-ever postseason victory. Eblin also played a key role in the academic efforts of a 2001-02 Wyoming team that finished the season with the No. 1 GPA in among all Division I women 's basketball programs nationwide. New Toreros head coach Cindy Fisher has hired Niecee Nelson as an assistant coach at the University of San Diego. Nelson spent the 2004- 05 season as an assistant coach at Indiana University-Purdue University

Fort Wayne (IPFW). She worked closely with Fisher at Wyoming as the Cowgirl's graduate as– sistant coach, while earning a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Health in 2004. Nelson was a two-time NAIAAII-America selection at Concordia Univer– sity in Portland , Oregon . Nelson was also named to the Lutheran Brotherhood All-American Team, and was a scholar-athlete, achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 2002.

collegiate playing career at Old Dominion from 1995-99. Eblin was a record-setting shooting guard, helping the Lady Mon– archs reach the NCAA Championship game in 1997. While attending ODU , Eblin and the Lady Monarchs made four ap– pearances in the NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16, winning four consecutive Colonial Athletic Association Championships.
