SOPHOMORE 2004-05 Led the WCC in field goal shooting (54%), which is the fifth-best shooting season in Torero history... Enters the 2005-06 season ranked third all-time at USO in field goal shooting % (52.5%)... Shot 81 % (51-for-63) from the foul line on the year, a percentage that ranks eighth in USD's single-season history... Averaged over 26 minutes per night, appearing in all 28 of USD's games, starting in 25... Led the team with 129 rebounds ... Opened the season with two consecutive double-fig– ure scoring outings... Scored 14 points in USD's season-opener at Arizona State (11/20)... Canned a game-winning , buzzer-beating , 15-foot jump shot from the top of the key to lead USO past Clemson (11 /26) by a score of 75-74... Established a career-high by scoring 16 points at Air Force (12/22), making good on 8-of-11 free throw attempts... Pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds twice, first against San Francisco (1 /15) and later put up a double-double, scoring 11 points and totaling 11 rebounds at Loyola Marymount (2/3) .. . Averaged 4.6 rebou nds per game. FRESHMAN 2003-04 Made significant contributions as a true freshman , playing in 26 of USD's 29 games with an average of 10 minutes per contest... Scored eight points in just 13 minutes of action vs. Nevada (11 /22)... One week later, Loewe played 22 minutes @ UNLV (11/29)... Picked up four rebounds and a season-high 11 points@ San Francisco (2/2 1)... Was an outstanding 47% from the field and shot 75% (18-24) from the free-throw line... Hauled in 39 rebounds on the with at least one in all but five of her appearances throughout the season .. Made her first career start vs. Portland (2/26), playing a then-career-high 25 minutes and scoring seven points on 3-of-6 shooting from the floor. HIGH SCHOOL Came to USO from Lauchhammer, Germany, a city located in the eastern part of Germany... Played on Germany's Under-18 and Under-20 national teams from 1998-2002, helping Germany win three European Championships... Coached by Hans Jurgen Pertus as a prep athlete.
