Profile

It is important to maintain current contact information on your account. However, updating your Online Banking profile does not update your customer contact information at Citizens Bank. Please call us at at 505-599-0100 to change your

name, address, email, or phone numbers. To View and Update Your Profile:

In the Settings tab, click on Profile . 1. Update your contact information in the spaces provided. 2. Click Submit Profile to save.
