STUDENT-SELECTED VERFIED CREDIT IN CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION

A student-selected verified credit is a credit for a course that includes a test approved by the Virginia Board of Education. A student must:

 Complete the requirements for a standard diploma or an advanced diploma, and  Successfully complete a course sequence that prepares one to earn a Board approved industry certification or state license, and  Successfully complete the assessment required by the certifying or licensing agent

INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE
