How HEAzs infrared heat works

The HEAzs heating panels emit most of the heat as beneficial, long-wave radiant heat. This pleasant radiant heat ensures a balanced air temperature, effectively counteracts dust circulation, creates a natural feel-good room climate and invigorates the organism.

Radiant heat „gets under the skin“

With an area of 1.5 to 2 square meters, with over four million receptors on it, the human skin is the largest and also one of the most sensitive human organs. It regulates our temperature and moisture balance. A quarter of our blood circulates in the skin and a third of our water supply is stored there. The beneficial radiant heat now unfolds a particularly beneficial effect on our body through the skin. The muscles are relaxed, the entire organism invigorated - people simply feel better.

Radiant heat - a perfect example

When skiing you can feel the effect of the radiant heat very well. The air temperature is cold in winter. However, if you stand in the sun, you feel the temperature many degrees warmer than in the shade. Radiant heat acts here. What is radiant heat, what does it do and why is it so beneficial? The radiant heat of the HEAzs heating panels consists of long-wave infrared radiation. The radiant heat penetrates the air - similar to solar radiation - without heating it very much, then hits solid matter such as the floor, walls, furnishings, etc. and warms them up. The objects and walls heat up and now give off heat again. This creates an optimal heat distribution in the room. The air temperature in the horizontal and vertical directions is very balanced. Strong air circulation and dry and dusty air is counteracted. The outer wall surfaces are heated by radiant heating and thus contribute to the feeling of comfort. Excess humidity from cooling air can no longer condense on the walls because it is tempered - ideal for allergy sufferers.
