Hotel RoomDrops can be organized for delegates staying in the top five conference hotels booked through K.I.T. Group. • Place an invitation to your session / exhibition booth or information brochure on the hotel room door or in the hotel room of the ISPAD participants Layout must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat for Approval and all material must be produced and delivered to Gothen- burg by the sponsor.

During the morning and afternoon breaks at least coffee & tea will be served to all delegates and during lunch break snack bags will be handed out. Support us in our goal to serve healthy food and beverages and to keep these refreshments included for all delegates. Contact Sue Peters about the possibilities of promotion – such as branding the catering stations or adding stickers to the lunch bags and be associated with a vigorous lifestyle to all ISPAD 2013 participants!

Poster Exhibition & Directional Signage

Price: 8.500 EUR The Poster Exhibition is the heart of the scientific discussion, every year the number of posters is growing, proving the interest and importance. Use the chance to present your company: • Sponsor’s logo will appear on the Poster Exhibition Signage • The Sponsor’s Logo on each directional sign throughout the Conference Center.

E-mail will be sent out by the Conference Secretariat. Sponsor must provide e-mail design, texts, pictures etc. in HTML format two weeks prior to the date the E-mail Blast is due to be sent out.
