Registration goes in accordance with the city’s fiscal year: 10/1 - 9/30. No matter when you register, you are registered through the end of September. There is no-pro rating. The park is open during daylight hours, year-round. Closed Tuesdays until 1pm for mowing / maintenance. The dog park is always closed on the last Saturday in February for the Burrowing Owl Festival.
