Publications – Ron Draper Reported that the new process of keeping the rosters and membership cards in liquor room for members that have not picked up to this point has worked out good. Only left with about 10 rosters to mail out (saved money). Beacon will have information on proper procedure for filling out the ballots. Reported that typically 25% of votes will get discarded by not following procedures. Read next Beacon on this topic. Secretary – Glenn Nixon In fine shape for workers for the rest of year. Will have paid bartenders tomorrow and Haul Out. Mentioned about voting and necessary procedures to follow. Need candidates to get their picture and bio’s ASAP so they can get mailed out with the ballots. Supplies – Dale Hall Good year, bar sales at $72K, up $10K from last year. About $28K is gross profit.
