Our Club, for all it’s rich history and knowledge has not always been diligent in record storage and didn’t really have any single repository for documents, not even for things like BOD Minutes, By-Laws, Policies, and the like. Well at long last our Member P/C Bill Hendricks has taken on the challenge and has to date scanned, sorted and stored hundreds of Club documents, pretty much everything that could be found and set up a storage system with multiple backups. The end result is that when the project is done, we’ll appoint a Club Archivist who will have the ability to search the library and render copies of documents to Member’s as they request.
