ESTRO Brachytherapy for Prostate Cancer 2018

Patient set-up:



- Prostate mis-match (day of volume study/day of implant).

Implant progression:



- Pubic-arch interference. - Prostate movement (linear and rotational). - Bleeding affect seeds and needles visualisation on U/S. - Seeds jamming and operator error.

Prostate oedema:



- Change in prostate size during and after the implant (seeds migration).
