WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS Sullivan will call the meeting to order, welcome and introduce the members and participants.

II. MEETING AND PROJECT OVERVIEW Deborah McKenzie (AOAC) will review the project overview and tasks prior to the ERP and Working Group Chairs session. III. OVERVIEW OF METHODS FOR DISCUSSION Sullivan to lead an initial discussion between ERP and Working Group chairs on the methods to be reviewed for Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin B 12 , Folic Acid, Inositol, and Vitamin E. IV. BRAINSTORMING ON PROCESS TO REVIEWMETHODS ERP members and Working Group Chairs will brainstorm on the process parameters and review elements required for reviewing the methods with the goal of establishing a draft rubric. a. AOAC Policy on First Action Methods b. Lessons learned from last review of methods not moving forward or repealed c. Proposal for what can be in a rubric type document d. Process for reviews to ERP recommendations V. TIMELINES/DEADLINES/WRAP-UP Sullivan and McKenzie will discuss with the group a proposed timeline and deliverable for the September 7, 2019 AOAC SPIFAN meetings, including upcoming deadlines and additional questions.
