Faces of iPROMOTEu

how has iPROMOTEu changed MY LIFE? 2008 was our “Perfect Storm.” With the recession in full swing, our vendors and creditors tightened lending terms, customers were paying at 60 and even 90 days, sales performance had decreased, and Mark was diagnosed with cancer that had already metastasized to his lymph nodes. With four kids at home, with the youngest being 8-year-old twins, Mary had to support Mark through cancer treatment, manage the kids, take care of our house and property, close her consulting business and run the company full time including taking over Mark’s customers, new customers and marketing, as well as learning all the aspects of our business. Mark did research before he started cancer treatment on the different companies that we could affiliate with and found iPROMOTEu. The amount of support we received in order to continue our business was fantastic. While change is always hard, and learning new systems and processes and retraining our customers can be challenging, in the end it was not that difficult. Mark survived cancer but in 2012 went into septic shock and spent eight days in the ICU in a coma on life support. Once again iPROMOTEu rallied behind us and helped us through that dark time. The ability to sleep at night not having to stress about how to juggle our accounts payable and how we were going to finance our orders was immeasurably comforting. If it were not for iPROMOTEu, we know we would have lost our business, our home and been in a very difficult financial crisis. Instead, we are flourishing, experiencing sales increases and steady growth even with Mark not able to work in his original capacity due to medical issues. We have added staff and grown our customer base. We enjoy attending the various events iPROMOTEu hosts and continue to develop amazing working relationships with our vendors, many of whom we consider friends. iPROMOTEu was and continues to be “there” for us – everywhere we need and at the times we need them. iPROMOTEu doesn’t just “talk the talk;” they “walk the walk.” They have always done what they have promised they would do. I wouldn’t change a thing about our eight-year relationship with them and look forward to our continued mutual success. Thank you, Ross and Rick, for your quality of character and your vision in starting iPROMOTEu – we wish you many more years of prosperous growth.
