❍ The MI01 nail machine

The tooling ring includes a reduced number of dies, which is a contributing factor in allowing tooling changeovers in the MI01 machine to be made easily and in little time. The MI01 nail machine is user-friendly in its design with an ergonomic working height, foot controlled wire feeding, and easy access for cleaning and service. Like the NX machines, the MI01 has an efficient active nail ejection system. One of the characteristics of all Enkotec nail machines is the low noise level resulting from the rotary head-forming principle. Moreover, the straightening unit is placed in a closed box, from which it is possible to establish a connection to exhaust ventilation.
