The rst machine is a Formax FXP37S. This advanced seven die machine will produce complex parts at net-shape. This impressive Formax model includes digital machine positioning, which displays the position of the heading slide on the touch screen of the operator’s control console. This allows for precise control of the heading slide to a machine position “window” – along with other features to simplify changeover. The second machine is one of the new LeanFX models, a LeanFX10M5 equipped with a Drawing Technology Inc (DTI) wire drawer.
