At wire 2012, the company will introduce its new and upgraded PBJ series high-speed skin-foam-skin physical foaming insulation extrusion tandem line, including type PBJ-80/C.SFS, PBJ-60/C. SFS and PBJ-45/C.SFS. The purpose of the line is to manufacture skin-foam-skin triple-layer cores for high speed cables such as LAN cable cat 5, 5e, 6 and 7, mini coaxial cable, USB 3.0, HDMI, In ni Band cable and QSFR. The PBJ series extrusion lines are equipped with components from international brands, including Siemens advanced monitoring and control system, Sikora online testers, Microdia skin-foam-skin crosshead, and Maximator gas injection system, to ensure high quality production. The lines can also achieve skin-foam-skin + stripe quadruple-layer extrusion by adopting Microdia skin-foam-skin + stripe crosshead as well as a 25mm stripe extruder. Speci cations include OD of copper wire from 0.2 to 0.9mm; PE or PP as insulation material; foaming degree max 70%; line speed up to 1,500m/min; and OD over insulation max 3.5mm. Possible structures of products include skin-foam-skin; skin-foam-skin + stripe; skin-foam + stripe; foam-skin + stripe; solid; and solid + stripe.
