The high speed single and multi strand cleaning systems with bipolar electrolytic degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning or combination of both technologies. Typical installations are for cleaning of stainless MIG wires in line with drawing machine at high speed or as multi wire cleaning prior annealing furnaces or hot dip galvanising processes. Candojet HW is a patented high speed hot water cleaning system for high wire speeds in line with dry and wet drawing processes, as well as pre-cleaning or cleaning after rolling mill operation for shaped wires. The unit is an environmental friendly process using only water.
