Trade Shows Pizza & Pasta Northeast, October 17-19, 2017, Atlantic City, NJ

For the first time, the CMAB exhibited and attended the Pizza & Pasta Northeast Show. This is a brand new foodservice show in Atlantic City and is a “sister show” to our wildly successful Las Vegas Pizza Expo. There were several processors showcasing a wide variety of dairy products. Private Label Manufacturers Association Show, November 12-14, 2017, Chicago, IL For the second time, the CMAB will be exhibiting at the PLMA show in Chicago. This show will have a variety of buyers from all over the country looking to source their private label programs. We will have eight processors attending PLMA. They will be sampling products that feature the Real California Milk or Real California Cheese seal. Winter Fancy Food Show, January 21-23, 2018, San Francisco, CA The CMAB will host a 20’x30’ sampling booth during the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco where several artisan cheese, gelato, frozen yogurt, milk and other dairy processors will sample their products that carry the Real California Cheese and/or Real California Milk seals. International Pizza Expo, March 19-22, 2018, Las Vegas, NV The CMAB’s booth at the International Pizza Expo will showcase California dairy to chain and independent pizza operators. Marketing team members, business development consultants and members of the Executive Committee will be on hand to discuss opportunities for using California cheese and dairy to grow business. Frozen yogurt and gelato, another growing foodservice trend, also will be sampled in the booth during the show.
