• S&R Membership Shopping continues steady shipments of California milk and cheese products. As reported last month, they are opening their Dau, Pampanga branch on October 16 and they are requesting sampling activity in this new outlet. They re-started their contract with Pacific Cheese; they currently bring in a small volume of California Premium Cheese. • We were informed that PTC/ESV’s Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) permits for all five Coolhaus Ice Cream flavors have already been released. We are still confirming this information. The company also started talking to HarbyrCo for 82% Unsalted Butter. • Santini/Bonjourlait Corp. is supplying 12,200 kilos per month of Leprino Mozzarella for Domino’s Pizza. Domino’s Pizza said that almost 60% of the cheese they use on their pizzas is from California. We supported the promo for the opening of their branches in Pasig and Makati City. We are planning to do the same for their new branch in Valenzuela City. • Hightower said that in September, the price of Coolhaus Ice Cream in Landers Superstore was reduced to P299.75 from P319.75. There are on-going sampling activities in their three outlets. They are still working on pricing and documentation for various products with HarbyrCo, including 82% Unsalted Butter. • Rustan’s Supermarket and Robinsons Supermarket decided not to get Glen Oaks yogurt due to its short shelf life and large SKU. S&R Superstore is still interested to sell them in their stores, but Mr. Rey Chi Ho Co would like them to first send a PO to confirm and finalize their order. He is also worried about the product’s shelf life. • Primeline reported that Shakey’s has stopped ordering Arla cheese. They are only using up what’s left in their stores. Their order of Hilmar Cheese will arrive by the first week of November and they require 160 metric tons of cheese per year. Shakey’s, Primeline and CMAB reps will have a meeting this week to discuss promo support. The company is also talking to HarbyrCo about 82% Unsalted Butter. • Benjabee requested a quotation/pricelist for King Cheese’s Spirella Minis and Cheese Sticks.
