• Cooking Class at Homeplus: We are working with Homeplus, the 2 nd largest supermarket chain with 130 stores nationwide, to conduct cooking classes in their stores. In Korea, most of retail supermarkets and department stores are operating their own academy for local residents to learn to cook. Homeplus Academy is conducting cooking class and we suggested the theme of “California pizza made from California Cheese”. Homeplus is selling California cheese with the RCM seal such as Pacific Cheese mozzarella, Monterey jack, Colby jack, and Frigo string cheese.
