Sergio Ochoa asked for help to design/edit three truck wraps with the RCM seal. Also, part of the promotional activities proposed were label designs for the introduction of three new varieties of Joseph Farm cheese into Carne Mart supermarkets: Monterey Jack, Gouda and Mozzarella. In addition, CMAB will help with uniforms for the sales team of the company with the RCM seal. • Fratelli La Bufala Imalinx sent a Menu Promotion Proposal to be held from November to December 2018. The idea is to launch two or three dishes with Real California Milk. They are interested in working with fresh Mozzarella from Nery’s and cream cheese from CDI. • Pizza Seminar Imalinx is coordinating a pizza seminar in Guadalajara, Jalisco together with Efren Rios. He is the most recognized pizza guy in Guadalajara, also, he won the awards of “The best Classic Pizza” and “The Best Creative Pizza” during the Mexican Pizza Contest 2017. The seminar will take place on November 17 th , 2017 at the International Culinary Collage, one of the main culinary institutes in the region. • Little Caesar’s Imalinx is following-up with Little Caesars in order to obtain feedback and next steps to implement promotional activities together with a PR strategy for the last two months of 2017. The proposal includes stickers for tables at LC´s restaurants with QRs linked to our Spanish website, Facebook posts from our fan page tagging LC, and the update of the seal on LC´s website. Trade Shows • Cake & Bake Masters Mexico 2017 During the event, Real California Milk will participate in a culinary demonstration at the main stage together with Narda Lepes, a recognized chef from Argentina. She will develop three recipes, Chipa with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese from California, Mbejú with shredded mozzarella cheese and Alfajores with vanilla ice-cream. China • Bob Carroll and Glenn Millar met with multiple distributors and customers in Shanghai in October, to lay the groundwork for an e-commerce platform launch in China in 2018. • Yogurt sales set to overtake milk—Yogurt sales are set to overtake milk sales in China for the first time as increasing demand for high-priced yogurt drives retail
