(1) Voting rights that can be exercised in the General Meeting. In accordance with Article 12 of the Articles of Association of the Company, the voting right is exercised by the bare owner for all decisions made for all General Meetings, except for decisions concerning the allocation of net income, for which the voting right is exercised by the usufructuary.
