In accordance with Article L. 225-116 of the French Commercial Code ( code de commerce ), we will prepare a supplementary report, if neces- sary, upon the use of one of these delegated powers by your Executive Management in the event of the issue of marketable securities that are equity instruments giving access to other equity instruments or the right

to the allocation of debt securities, in the event of the issue of marke- table securities giving access to equity instruments to be issued and in the event of the issue of shares with cancellation of the preferential subscription right.
