In Pakistan and other parts of South Asia, truck drivers who want to go the extra mile are known to flamboyantly paint nearly every inch of their vehicles with vibrant colors and patterns, often affixing a large, statement- making “crown” atop the cab. The bells hanging from fender and bumper led U.S. military in the region to dub these moving works of art “jingle trucks.”
