Personal and Cultural Expression

Film Languages (Short Film) Students are tasked with using all of the skills that they have learnt up in the previous years. They will then create a 2+ minute long short film to enter into a film competition of their choice. They will need to use Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition to create their film. Engaging Audiences Students will be learning how to use the Adobe After Effects Package to create their own YouTube Channel. Throughout the course they will learn various Special Effects to be used with their composition. Their final video will demonstrate a skill that they have mastered and will teach the audience how to perform the same skill.

Film language aesthetics support narrative and genre elements.
