Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Oeko-Tex ® Standard 100 is an internationally recognised certification and the world’s leading health label for textiles. The Oeko-Tex ® labelling is your guarantee that products are proven safe to use, and the certification guarantees that the health risk in connection with the product is minimised. The Oeko- Tex ® label means that products have been tested for harmful substances, including presumed health- hazardous chemicals and dyes. Oeko-Tex ® is to help consumers guard against harmful substances in textile goods. Oeko-Tex ® imposes strict requirements on the products with this label – more strict than those imposed by law. The labelling takes place after testing and approval of the product by an independent party, and includes all materials used in the product. It is not just the textile fabrics being tested, but also the printed labels and accessories, including all zippers and filling materials.
