A highly-regarded valuation professional with nearly 40 years of appraisal experience, Richard is joined by Ted Hunter and Arnold Delgado. Working as a cohesive team, they specialize in office real estate appraisal throughout Southern California, with a focus on Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. The group also has the support of our National Valuation & Advisory Office Practice Group, comprised of more than 60 Designated Members of the Appraisal Institute (MAIs). This depth of talent enables us to offer clients value-added advice involving their office investment decisions. Combined, group members completed over 4,500 office valuation assignments in 2016.
