Cook Gold Standard Quality food for assigned role, support the other Cooks, and maintain proper UHC levels. • Stay in place at all times • Cook #1 – cook grilled products and shares cooking eggs and fried products • Cook #2 – cook fried products and shares cooking eggs, grill and Q / Toast / Bake • Additional cooks support Cooks #1 and #2 by separating cooking roles • Follow E-Production or UHC Charts and adjust as needed • Follow Change Over Cook Schedule • Batch cook items with long holding times • Support Assemblers • Stock station prior to starting shift and before leaving the station; transition station to next Cook
