EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION GUIDE

RO System

KES Installer 1. Leave in box and place near beverage system.

Beverage Installer 1. Mount and install RO and storage tank. 2. Run and connect approved plastic line from water booster. 3. Install sample valves. 4. Verify TDS of water is within specified range of 50-100ppm. Take corrective action if needed. 5. Perform a quick check to ensure operative. 6. Train store personnel on operation and maintenance.

Specialty Coffee Equipment

KES Installer 1. Unpack and set in position.

Beverage Installer 1. Run and connect plastic water line and properly identify all lines from RO source to the specialty coffee machine. Make final connection. 2. Verify TDS of water is within specified range of 50-100ppm. Take corrective action if needed. 3. Contact KES to coordinate start up

WARNING: Failure to fill specialty coffee maker with water prior to operation may cause severe damage.

Specialty Coffee FASC 1. Following the water connection by the Beverage Installer plug into electrical source and perform a quick check to be sure unit is operative. 2. Train store personnel on operation and maintenance.

Owner Operator 1. Ensure product is available for start-ups and training.

Tea Brewers

KES Installer 1. Unpack and set into position.

Beverage Installer 1. Run and connect plastic water line from water filter assembly for tea brewer to manifold water line. Make final connection. 2. Following the water connection by Beverage Installer plug into electrical source and perform a quick check to be sure unit is operative. 3. Train store personnel on operation and maintenance.

WARNING: Failure to fill tea maker with water prior to operation may cause severe damage.

Owner Operator 1. Ensure product is available for start-ups and training.
