TEE T I ME RESERVAT I ON SYSTEM
Players who fail to cancel their tee time reservation 24 - hours prior to their scheduled start time or fail to register ten minutes prior to their start time , will be charged a fee of $ 20 . 00 , unless the tee time is redeemed by another player . This procedure has been in place since April 1 , 2013 .
The lottery will operate as follows :
For example : If you would like to play golf on Tuesday , March 12th , the lottery will open on Tuesday , March 5th at 12 : 00am and will close on Friday , March 8th at 11 : 59pm . On Saturday , March 9th at 12 : 00pm the results of the lottery , the tee sheet , will be available online .
Groups of 8 or more golfers who wish to play together may request to do so in the following manner :
Groups must pick one organizing member . The organizing member must send one emai l to the golf shop at
golf @ horseshoebendcc . com by the time the lottery closes for the day the group desires to play . For example , if your group of 12 wishes to play at 12 : 00pm on Saturday , the golf shop must receive your emai l by Tuesday at 11 : 59pm . The emai l must contain the first and last name of ALL players in your group . Only the first emai l received by the golf shop wi ll be processed .
