Theleico, a manufacturer of grinding wheels and abrasive products for industrial use, with headquarters in Meschede, South Westphalia, has been granted the award ‘best supplier 2013’ by the German Spring Federation (VDFi). Out of a total of 193 suppliers the Sauerland-based family-owned company managed to secure first place in the competition for the best supplier in the category of ‘process materials.’ Theleico is the only company having obtained this award for the third time. “We are proud of this award. It demonstrates the consistently high quality of our products and the outstanding service,” said managing director Frank Grans. The award is only granted every three years, since analysis and assessment are carried out over this long period. The jury assessed criteria such as rate of complaints and handling of complaints, meeting delivery deadlines and delivery schedules, quality of service and technical service.

Theleico manufactures high quality precision grinding tools which are used in many different areas of industrial applications, for example in the processing of springs, in gear and motor construction, in processing of rolls, or in rail and track construction.
