Differentiation in Action

Sentence Stems: Topic 4 chas excellent sentence stems in the English Language Learner section at the beginning of each lesson. Use them to scaffold the division by assuring the students know the related multiplication fact and all its factors. Lesson 4-4 Enrichment : Follow the Rules (TE Pg 132A - Available Online): Students complete the chart and then make their own chart. This activity could even be extended by challenging students to guess another student’s rule.
