OBJECTIVES

• To understand the impact of the Knowledge Society or Network Society on the management of business operations and on the company’s business.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES: • To provide students with the necessary skills and abilities to make business decision. • To foster the ability to analyze and diagnose business and management problems in the different functional areas. • Encourage the knowledge of advanced business management tools, to know how to identify and anticipate opportunities, allocate resources, organize information, select, motivate and manage people, make decisions, achieve proposed objectives and evaluate results. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: • Apply the acquired knowledge and their problem-solving skills in new environments and multidisciplinary contexts, related to the specific company area of their choice. • To encourage the acquisition of a global and strategic vision of all the operational areas of the company. • Acquire under a professional and practical approach of knowledge, skills and mastery of business techniques of both middle management and senior management and strategic management. • To understand the repercussions, threats and opportunities on the business activity of the national and international macroeconomic environment and to know the management alternatives in the face of these changes.

• To prepare people to work in teams with flexibility and leadership.

TRANSVERSAL OBJECTIVES: • Generate the ability to integrate knowledge and face the complexity of making judgments and decisions. • To enhance the ability to communicate knowledge, conclusions and decisions with solid arguments, in a clear and unambiguous way, both to specialized and non-specialized audiences.

• To develop an innovative spirit.

• Stimulate the acquisition of ethical values and social responsibility by students.

• To provide students with learning skills that will allow them to continue studying autonomously.
