U11 Girls' Hockey Festival 2019

Dear players, coaches and parents, After a hugely successful couple of tournaments, I am delighted to be welcoming you back to St Edward’s for our annual U11 Hockey Festival. Hockey is an integral part of the sporting calendar here at St Edward’s and it is a tremendous

statement of intent that we have introduced the Teddies Hockey Academy to ensure thorough preparation for the start of each season take place each and every week in the precedent term. Our girls’ sides in particular have enjoyed considerable success in recent years, especially in tournaments. Just last season, our U14 and U16 sides were County Champions and followed that up with impressive showings in the regional tournaments. The U18s also qualified for the regional tournament. We also have a number of individuals playing club, regional and representative hockey at the moment. I hope the girls enjoy their experience of St Edward’s Hockey today and I look forward to seeing them play. Jamie Davies , Head of Hockey
