Housekeeping Processes

Putting Rooms Out of Order

From the Dashboard, GO TO OUT OF ORDER ROOMS

[NEW]

Select the Room(s) which are not lettable Return Status will default to DIRTY Select the closest reason for the fault

In the Remarks it is Company Policy to put a full reason for why the room is off sale, including the Job no of the call out, brief description of the problem, priority status, expected time on site, initials and date. Note rooms should never be put out of order for team use, as this is a breach of Company Policy.

Putting Rooms back on Sale after Repair

From the Dashboard, GO TO OUT OF ORDER ROOMS

Select the room to go back on sale

If it can go back on sale immediately use [DELETE] [OK]

If it will be back on sooner than originally anticipated but not immediately use [EDIT] and amend the Through Date NOTE the Through Date will mean the room is still off sale for that night
